Shipping

All of our solid wood products are shipped fully assembled and robustly packed with eco-friendly materials to prevent any damage during shipping. Most orders ship out of our studio in Nyack, NY. Furniture products built without audio components ship out of our production facility in West Virginia.

Where We Ship

All of our products can be shipped domestically and internationally. If there is not a shipping option for your country listed on our site please contact us for a quote.

White Glove Delivery

We ship our solid wood furniture through a White Glove delivery service. We will take care of every detail. Furniture arrives fully assembled and is placed exactly where you want it with no packaging left behind. All you have to do is enjoy your new furniture or audio product. Here’s how it works:

1. Shipping

Your order is picked up from our facilities by our freight carrier and sent to a white glove delivery agent in your local area. Once your product ships, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.

2. Transit

Freight shipments are not as direct or expedited as parcels. Your piece may be in transit for a few weeks depending on your location in the US. Once your shipment arrives at the delivery agent, they will inspect your product for any damages that could have occurred during transit. Upon satisfactory inspection, the agent will call you to arrange a delivery appointment.

3. Delivery

Standard Delivery

All non-solid-wood products will be shipped through UPS Ground or USPS. When the order is fulfilled you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please be sure to provide a secure and accurate shipping address when you place your order. SYMBOL audio is not responsible for any stolen packages. If a package is returned to SYMBOL audio due to an incorrect address any additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer.

Product Damages

When receiving your shipment and while delivery agents are present, please inspect merchandise carefully and note any damages to the product or packing on the bill of lading. If you sign for the merchandise with no exceptions noted, you acknowledge that it is free from defect or damage and SYMBOL will not be responsible for repairs. If exceptions are noted on the bill of lading and the product is deemed damaged or defective by SYMBOL, we will repair or replace all or part of the merchandise at our expense.
